For our 2018 Capital Campaign, we partnered with Australian Cultural Fund to host our fundraising campaign. 

Forest Collective launch 2018 with a new look, new ensemble, and new music. Help us commission new music from local and international composers, and present exciting, accessible, affordable concerts. 

Forest Collective comes forth into 2018 invigorated and excited to put our best foot forward with a new website, refreshed logo, wonderful additions to our volunteer admin team, and a brilliant ensemble – the first time we’ve ever had a core ensemble to tantalise and exhilarate throughout our 2018 season.  Forest Collective is a not for profit arts organisation focusing on contemporary classical music. We commission, create, and present various art forms, often giving independent artists a platform to develop their practice and reach new audiences, within a supportive environment. Forest Collective is run by a volunteer team of creative, young professionals who strive to enrich audiences though multidisciplinary, innovative, collaborative, experimental, and traditional art forms from new, early and mid career artists. We pride ourselves on giving a voice to underperformed and underrepresented creators and composers.

At Forest Collective we are indebted to the generosity of individuals and organisations that have ensured our continued operation. We count ourselves lucky to be working with creatives from a range of fields, bringing a variety of art concepts and practices to Melbourne.
